This Privacy Policy explains how Oaxaca Luxe (“OL”) collects, uses, processes, and discloses your information across our website. The “OL website” refers to OL’s websites, mobile, tablet, and other smart applications, and all associated OL services.
When this policy mentions “OL,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Oaxaca Luxe as the responsible entity for your information under this Privacy Policy (the “Data Controller”). The Data Controller is the Oaxaca Luxe entity that you are contracting with which, if you are booking or supplying accommodations through the OL website, will be Oaxaca Luxe Group International LLC.

A “Member” is anyone who has registered an OL account, including Suppliers and Guests.
A “Supplier” is someone who offers services (“Supplier Services”) via published listings on the OL website (“Listings”).
A “Guest” is someone who books, or seeks to book, Supplier Services.
“Villa” means the kind of property where Guests will be staying, or other types of accommodations.
“Payment Services” means any payment processing services provided through or in connection with a Member’s use of the OL website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect three general categories of information:

Includes account info, profile data, government ID, financial details for booking or receiving payments, messages sent to OL, and any info shared when interacting with our team.
1.2. Information We Automatically Collect

1.3. Information from Third Parties
Includes data from social logins, background checks, fraud prevention services, marketing partners, and external integrations (e.g. restaurant bookings, ad networks).
